柬埔寨高棉 Cambodian Khmer Cooking: The Ancient Tradition

Cambodian cooking — the culinary tradition of the Khmer people and the Khmer Empire (802–1431 CE, which at its peak controlled much of mainland Southeast Asia) — is simultaneously one of the oldest continuous culinary traditions in Southeast Asia and one of the most severely disrupted.
